We accept orders placed online through our web site only.
We are unable to take orders by telephone, fax or mail.

The first step in placing your order is to find the products you want to purchase. Once you find the item you want to purchase, you can add it to your shopping cart. When all of the items you wish to purchase are in your shopping cart, you are ready to proceed to the order checkout process. When you proceed to checkout, you will be in our secure order form, which has some steps. Thank you for your order and we look forward to our cooperation! 

2. Shipping Information 

Shipping takes place during 3-7 business days from the billing date. Please pay your bill as quick as possible. In case of non-payment, the order will be cancelled on the expiration of 5 days from the moment of reception of the invoice to your e-mail address.

Order over 35EUR free international shipping by Latvia Post mail.

Our shipping service includes a variety of methods:
JSC Latvia Post - the delivery mode suitable for a small quantity of goods by post mail. You can get your purchase in the nearest post office according to the address you submitted when ordering a product. Supply price is 1.80 LVL for small packages.
The Courier –it is possible to order the delivery by the courier within Riga region. Goods are delivered after the addressee directly to the purchaser on the basis of the personal identification document. Courier delivery price is 3.50 LVL.

3. Return Policy

You may return received products within 7 days from the date the package was delivered to you, and if the return was carried out in compliance with the following conditions, the Afbeads.lv shall refund the entire price for the returned purchased products.

We do not accept for returns open boxes, kits, bags, and sales items.

Returned products must be in their original status and packaging. 

Please follow the instructions below when returning the merchandise. 

1. Fill out the product return form on the back of your invoice (or download the pdf version above) and include it with your return.

2. Package the products carefully for return shipment. We recommend a bubble envelope or box. 

3. For your protection, we recommend that you send your returns by insured post mail. 

4. Return the products within 7 days of the order shipment date to the addressee:AF group, LTD. 

5. When we receive and confirm your return, we will e-mail to you. We refund your payment directly to the bank account which you used while the ordering.

5. Payment Methods

After the order confirmation you will receive a letter to you email, with our company’s requisites. As the advance payment for the goods is carried out, the request is to settle the account in the near future. In case of non-payment, the order will be cancelled on the expiration of 5 days from the moment of reception of the invoice (sent to your email address). 6. A minimum order

We offer you the custom discounts that depend on your total orders amount:
